By using kodestark.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. They are not the terms of any development work we may carry out for you.

KodeStark is a software studio. This website exists to describe what we do, show some of our work, and let you contact us. Everything on it is general information. It is not advice, a quotation, or an offer to enter into a contract.

Sending an enquiry through this website does not commit either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. We may decline work, and you are under no obligation to proceed.

Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

SubSafe and Project Verity are our own products and are currently in private alpha. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, a price, or that the product will be released at all. We may change, delay, or discontinue either product without notice.

You agree not to:

• >Submit our forms repeatedly, automatically, or in bulk, or otherwise attempt to flood, disrupt, or overload them.
• >Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that impersonates another person or business.
• >Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• >Copy, scrape, or republish the site's content or design in a way not permitted below.

We may block access to anyone who does these things.

The content, design, code, and branding of this website belong to KodeStark and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the site freely. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute its material for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client names, logos, and websites referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify work we have done.

This site links to websites we do not control, including those of our clients and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KodeStark is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption.

Where we have an agreement in place with you for services, our total liability under that agreement is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific services in dispute.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
